At Pro1 Training, we don’t just run athletes through workouts.
We teach athletes how to move, how to produce power, and how to train the right way so they don’t have to relearn it later.
Our programs are built around long-term development, not shortcuts.
FOUNDATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (Ages 7–11)
This is where athletic habits are formed.
Kids at this age don’t need heavy lifting or intense conditioning
they need to learn how their body works.
Why this age needs training:
-
Learn proper running mechanics early
-
Develop coordination, balance, and body control
-
Learn how to jump and land safely
-
Build basic strength using bodyweight
-
Improve confidence and effort
-
Prevent bad habits before they start
This stage sets the foundation for everything that comes next.
