Our desire is to give back to the community by training, mentoring, and coaching our youth, high school, and collegiate athletes to be the very best they can be. This program is for both men's and women's athletics. Our focus is to develop athletics instead of focusing on individual talent. We aim to improve: Speed, lateral motion, Core Strength, flexibility, vertical explosiveness, and mental toughness.
Developmental Program (Ages 7-11): This program was designed for young athletes who are: new to sports, looking to develop youth athletic skills, wanting to learn how to play sports, or just looking for a community of peers. This program focuses on teaching fundamental sports skills, learning agility, developing speed and quickness, learning the fundamentals of weight training, and prepares you for our Prep Program. This program is great for teaching the basic skills of sports and will create rapid improvement in the pace in which a young athlete will develop.
Preparational Program (Ages 12+): This program was designed for middle school, high school, and colligiate athletes who are looking to further develop their athletics, improve speed, 40 yard dash quickness, improve side to side quickness, learn agility developing drills, improve sport specific techniques, increase vertical and horizontal jumps, and improve conditioning. This program is great for off season development, and will give you the tools you need in order to make it to your next level.
